Poll: Which AS show do you miss the most?

Note: Case Closed and Lupin are included because they haven't updated them since their premieres. As for me, it'd be WHR hands down. Also, Paranoia Agent isn't included because it might return later anyway. I doubt they'd show it just once.

Don't forget Gundam 0083. That was basically the AS show that sealed the addiction for me.

I liked pilot candidate, or whatever it was really called.
I actually also liked Home Movies

Pilot Candidate was also called Candidate For Goddess because the mechs on the show were referred to as Goddesses.
I voted for Outlaw Star since I think it's the type of show I would have enjoyed watching.

Outlaw Star or WHR, because I didn't watch them when I had the chance and now I want to. I wouldn't object to Case Closed coming back, but I doubt it would rise above the level of an amusing but hardly engrossing diversion for me. I know nothing about Blue Gender, Kikaider and Pilot Candidate, Reign is too ugly for words.

Out of the list, none really. Case Closed is just too long to me to get into, and I stop watching after 25th ep after I found out that show was long. >_<\
I'm glad to see Blue Gender taken off the air. Even if they showed it now, they still would have to edit it, too bloody and alot of other stuff that wasn't showed on TV.

Hmm, I'm new to the anime game, so I missed out on Kikaider, Blue Gender, Pilot Candidate, Outlaw Star, and Reign when they aired. You didn't have Wolf's Rain as a choice, so I defaulted to Case Closed.

Megami Koushei is it's original Japanese name. I voted for Pilot Candidate becasue it is one of only a few Giant Robot Anime that I actually enjoyed! Truth be told, If I could, I'd vote for them all EXCEPT for Reign--I couldn't STAND it! Ugly animation, ugly characters, couldn't follow the plot...::Shudders:: Edit: Forgot to mention: Lupin the Third is still on Adult Swim...every day!

I liked Case Closed, no matter what other people say. I also liked Pilot Candidate, but I didn't vote for it because I heard that the anime never got finished in America, so I don't think they'll ever play it again.

Candidate for Goddess (aka: Pilot Candidate) is finished and all the eps have been showed on CN. There was only 12 eps made of it.
There is now a box set out for PC.
As for Detective Conan (aka: Case Closed) I think the reason why CN didn't order any more eps is, because how much money they would have sink into it. DC aired in Japan in 1996 and its still being aired in Japan today. New eps of Detective Conan started airing in Jan in Japan. Plus you have the OVA's and movies of Detective Conan.

It's a tie between Pilot Candidate and Outlaw Star...interesting! More people remember Zero and Kizuma than I thought!

Opps!
I did forget something. At the end of ep 12 for PC, there was a to be continued" note at the end. But in my eyes, the anime is finish, since there was never any more eps made of PC in Japan. So, ep 12 is the last one and I don't think there will be anymore. From what I remember, the anime wasn't really like in Japan that much and they never ordered any more eps.
There was an OVA made in 2002, but it was just a recap OVA of the show.

I vote Pilot Candidate. I loved that show and never even got to see the non-ending last episode, nor the beginning of the series. Unfortunatly, that was about the time I started watching anime, and so the first times I saw it on I never watched it. If only I had started earlier... The next two would be Outlaw Star and Cased Closed in that order.

Whoa! Pilot Candidate was my first introduction into REAL anime too! I'll never forget that night I discovered "the good stuff"... It was late one night on a Saturday, I was flipping through when I found a cartoon animated just like "Pokemon" and "Digimon". At this point, I didn't know what "anime" was. The anime I found was "Yu Yu Hakusho"...it caught my attention because it was the first cartoon that actually used foul language and had actual fights! Intrigued I watched the whole episode, then moved on to the next anime on the block--if memory serves, it was the last episode of "Cowboy Bebop"...I loved it! From the opening sequence to the end theme "The Real Folk Blues." (yes kiddies, they used to play the whole song during the end adn beginning credits!) A few more great anime later, my eyes beheld a very wonderous sight: the computer generated, beautifully animated anime known to all as "The Candate for Goddess". I fell in love with the classical music opening...but what took me by complete suprise was the main character, Zero...the second he opened his mouth, I nearly screamed...it was Tai...er...Joshua Seth! And the rest is history...
