Help, I can't remember the name of an anime!!!!

It was about some guy with two dragon heads attached to him or something. They were coming out of his back. One was blue and one was red, I think...I read the DVD and it looked cool but I forget what it was called...;__;

I think that sounds like Ashton Anchors. Is this the guy?
If so, then the anime is Star Ocean EX.

I haven`t seen the anime but I`ve played the videogame that Ahton Anchors first appeared in. Does the anime follow the game?

It follows the game to a point...>_> The anime wasn't that good until the end...and then they never finished it.

Very little violence (mostly green/blue monster blood), no nudity, very little language. The only thing even close to sexual I can think of is
[SPOILER]In one of the episodes Celine falls into a secret tunnel and slides down on her chest, and laments that her breasts are being ground off.[/SPOILER]
