Guilty pleasures...

I was just curious to know some of the shows you guys feel are 'guilty pleasures?' Meaning that you know in your heart you're not suppose to like the shows, but can't help but enjoy watching them.
Gokujo Seitokai and SuperGals! fall into this catagory as my GP shows. Both are a little girly for my tastes, but I for one have a soft-spot for the cuteness and light-heartedness of both series. Also I do, to some degree, watch the more kiddy shows on TV, especially the dubbed version of Doremi.
Don't ask why.

My guilty pleasure is more of a genre than a specific show, but I indulge in the occasional fix of magical girl shows

I really enjoy dramatic type series... Like Chance Pop Session, Kanon and Aishiteruze Baby.
American Cartoon wise, I like Rugrats: All grown up and Hey Arnold.
And finally.... *cough* Yu-gi-Oh!

I guess FLCL is sort of a guilty pleasure of mine too. There are enough little things I like about it (great music, cool animation, geeky jokes) for me to watch it, but enough big things that I don't like (lousy writting, too many cliches, rampant fan service) for me to actually call it good.
What's guilty about Digimon, though?

>_<. There is nothing wrong with enjoying those kind of shows. If other people think it's shameful or something for us to enjoy so called "Kiddie" shows like Yugioh or Pokemon that's their problem.

I'm totally serious! I had heard a lot about it on the net and stuff and decided to check it out...I saw a little bit of it and thought it was adorable, so I bought the box set at Otakon. I only just finished the first DVD, but that's because I stopped for a bit so I could finish up Full Moon first. Now I'm planning to go back and finish this one. ^^ So far Salt is my favorite character, though Sugar is uber-cute too, waffo.

Granted, there's a good number of times/situations in which fanservice can be appalling or just down right not worth your attention in regards to watching a show, but sometimes, for me at least, it's freaking hilarious. Thus, I come to my guilty pleasure: "harem" animes and basically wrong-time/wrong-place type shows. I've gone through the whole Love Hina series twice now, and still died laughing both times. This show ends up having a pretty decent point to it compared to alot of other fanservice-ridden shows. I'm also reading the Negima mangas, written by Ken Akamatsu who originally wrote Love Hina. I've seen up to disc 3 for Maburaho, which is probably the worst that I've seen regarding fanservice content. The Tenchis were some of the anime that got me into anime (via CN though so they were thankfully edited at parts, and not so thankfully at others due to making the story choppy/not quite as funny at times). Don't get me wrong, this isn't something that's a big deal in my viewing habits; in other words it isn't a "stumbling block" for me in any way :-) I just enjoy the sheer lunacy and psychoticness of these kind of shows every now and then :-p
Another "guilty pleasure" would be romantic-type animes like Chobits and Ai Yori Aoshi Enishi (actually haven't seen any of the original yet O.o)...
<Eva-boy7985 starts to feel very small and color drains from his face...>

Harem and some sexual oriented jokes...
So, so, so wrong yet....makes me laugh. For instance "Sexy no Jutsu". It is so wrong .... but I laugh nevertheless.

If you guys don't mind my asking, but how is RahXephon a guilty pleasure exactly? It's a beautiful show with an amazing plot, and actually carries some very powerful messages with it. One of the few animes that has hit me on a very personal level. Anyways, guess I'm just a bit confused about it being a "guilty pleasure"...
