Looks like a pretty interesting series. Any thoughts?

Anime is pretty graphically violent. First OVA series was pretty good, the second was a waste of time (both are on DVD).

Some poor taste humor, including drag queens, and it does involve demons, so people who are morally troubled may want to be aware o that.

I saw part of an episode and didn't like it, but what does that tell you? Nothing. I think my bro liked it okay. But who knows.

I've seen one OVA volume of it and didn't really like it. The demons were too uh... graphically demonic, the violence was overtop and there was too much blood for me. It was a spiritually dark anime. I didn't enjoy it, but that's just me.

Unfortunate. The reviews I've read sounded pretty interesting to me.
Well, I am as of now undecided. I know they have the entire DVD set at Suncoast... I'll think about it.

Though if I do end up getting it, I'll make sure to do a review for the site.

I enjoyed what I saw, which I think was the first OVA. It is very violent, as mentioned here. If extreme animated violence doesn't bug you, there may be a story worth watching for you.

I've seen quite a few AMVs of it. I know there's a lot of blood, but from the clips it didn't seem to go to the extent of organs spilling out or anything, but I could be wrong.

I'm don't remeber organs splattering, but I remember being very (for lack of a better term) impressed by the level of violence.
