I'm wondering if there's any animes which have techno music in them? Does anyone know of any?

While I didn't care for Initial D I really like the music. Filled with Techno so that is the title I would point you to. Just to add, the techno soundtrack in only found on the subtitle track, not the dub. You may want to look into purchasing the soundtracks.

Bubblegum Crisis Tokyo 2040 has lots of rad electronic music and I think there were some face-melting guitar solos, too.

Quite a few of the tracks on the Mai-Hime soundtrack were very techno inspired. Unfortunately, I must say that I can't recommend this title itself. The Soundtrack, on the other hand, I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE.

The Appleseed Soundtrack is all electronic type music(pretty much all) including Pual Okenfield and The Boom Boom Satelites!

The original Bubblegum Crisis is 80's style techno-punk. The new series (2040) is probably more in the line of what you are looking for.
Armitage (Polymatrix and Dualmatrix) both have techno music as well that's worth listening to.
Both Armitage soundtracks have been released in the US. I don't think BGC soundtracks have been, though, so they will be expensive to obtain legally.

Animatrix and Ghost in the Shell:Stand Alone Complex
Both have a mix of techno and synthetic beat type stuff.

Interstella 5555, maybe? The whole thing is basically a long music video for Daft Punk.

Techno, yeah, but it's more house. Still really good.

No problem. It is techno, but it's more "house", which is a bit different.
