Ok. So when Newtype ran an spot on this anime issues back it captured my attention in the way I don't usually like anime to get my attention. So when it hit shelves I avoided it. Newtype gave it "DVD of the Month" and they didn't seem to mention fanservice in the review (seeing as how they seem to like more fanservice). So I decided to give this one a shot. I was....plesently suppriesed. It wasn't the fanservice laden show I expected. The first several muintes of the first episode was the main characters' mecha fighting some mutated monster machine.

My biggest objection so far is one of the characters outfits. She seems to have forgoten a bit of her shirt :mutter: The other characters outfits arn't to bad though. I don't remember any nudity (correct me if I am wrong)

Anyway I thought this one was cool. Jo, the fighter, carries two two tone Desert Eagles with an awesome spiral design. She also pilots what is arguable one of the coolest mecha ever to grace an anime (though its name is "Jango"...)

So anyway anyone one else seen it and please tell me I am not the only one who likes it

All GONZO fans, I think, should respect Burst Angel. I haven't seen it but would like to, I was interested in Angels and the Angel in the title caught my eye. I believe you can download a trailer via AltaVista.com.

I love all Gonzo titles and Burst Angel looks very unique. I loved the artwork for the main logo on the Gonzo website, where there's a listing of all the titles by Gonzo too.

So, I hope to see this anime soon - tell me some more about it!

dont expect it to get better, practically every episode Meg and Sei's chest will fluctuate in size and then drop down in ep.14... but then exponentially grow in 15 (the mandatory beach episode, which can be skipped since nothing major happens). I stopped watching at that point, because I felt that GONZO had lost their minds since Last EXILE ended. One friend that did finish the show said the plot doesnt really go anywhere further after
meg is kidnapped, oh noes. then rescued by Joe
and went on to end at a "meh" note.
