I was wondering if you guys have any favourite or recommended places to go shopping for anime/manga online?

BestPrices.com, DigitialEyes.net, Overstock.com, DeepDiscountDVD.com, Buy.com, and DVDPacific.com all have some good prices, and you can try BizRate.com for finding stores with cheap prices. There's also BestBuy.com, but in that respect I'd probably just recommend going to one of the stores because then there's obviously no shipping cost.
However, I may have to recommend RightStuf.com the most, because while their normal prices can easily be beaten, they almost always are having weekly specials and a big sale going on that's hard to beat. And if you're looking for anime licensed by ADV, ADVFilms.com can have good sales as well.

Best Buy, Discount Anime DVD . com ; both of which are really great places to get anime's and manga's!

I'd say Planet Anime 'cause it's here in Houston, but geez, their site has been offline for ages. >.>

Um... Best Buy or Suncoast for me. I also enjoy Amazon.com.

Suncoast is ridiculously priced. Movies that cost ten bucks elsewhere cost twelve in Suncoast. Anime (which, as a general rule, is more expensive per minute than non-anime) is even more ridiculous. But yeah, Amazon is good.

eBay can rock as long as you've got the eye to discern between bootleg and legit merch, which isn't too hard if you know what the legit stuff looks like (discs covers, artwork, etc.)
http://www.rightstuf.com rocks too. They have weekly specials every week that can be dirt cheap sometimes! Yeah, and as previously mentioned Best Buy is good! Hastings is decent for manga, but I've heard that if you're an Amazon.com member sometimes you can get really good deals on manga there too!

I buy a lot from Amazon. The fact I have a credit card with them giving me 3% back on purchases is, of course, entirely inconsequential.

I've noticed some apparently good deals on Amazon when I bring up a title and then check their 'New and Used' section. Anyone had any experience with this?

I do most of my online shopping through Right Stuf. Best Buy often has better prices, but their selection is not as good. Right Stuf generally prices there DVD's at 10% off retail price. If you join their club ($10 a year membership dues), then you get another 10% off. It's ap retty good deal and they have the best selelction I've seen as well as frequent sales offering merchandise for 40% off retail and more.
