IT'S CON TIME!!!! Ok, so METROCON is going to be in Tampa June 24-26 at the TAMPA CONVENTION CENTER 333 S. Franklin Street Tampa, Florida.

It looks promising with anime human chess, a DDR tournament, and of course the usual convention things, cosplay and whatnot. I've never been to METROCON, but it looks like it'll be good. Is there any body here who has been to METROCON and can actually say whether it's worth going to?

Don't know. Sounds like it'll be good. I've only been to JACON, which is in Orlando. It wasn't all that great. The last time I went to ick, they had a yaoi pj party. That's how bad it's gotten.... Anyways, Metrocon looks like it'll be really great! ^.^
