What animes have the good guys fighting each other? Villians fight each other alot but good guys rarely do.

Hajime Saito vs Kenshin Himura in Rurouni Kenshin

Sanosuke Sagara vs Kenshin Himura

Kiba vs Tsume in Wolf's Rain in the frist few eps of the anime, they fight. Heh, they hated each other right off the bat, before they, because a pack.

Treize Khushrenada vs Zechs Marquise in Gundam Wing or I think they fought each other?

Heero Yuy vs Chang Wufei in Gundam Wing Endless Waltz.

That is about all I know of.

In Hamtaro, we have Howdy and Dexter always battling it out over the affections of Pashmina. Also, one should never put Forrest Haruna and Conrad Iwata in the same room together; they battle it out over anything and everything.

Wolfwood hit Vash-- and I thought he should have smacked him around some more in the context of the scene...

Tamahome vs Tasuki

Ryoko vs Aeka of course-- or are we not including catfights?

Heero vs. Wu Fei in Gundam Wing: Endless Waltz. Vaan Fanel vs. Allen Schezzar in Escaflowne. Rahxephon has some stuff in the last disc that could be interpreted as "good guy vs. good guy". On a sort of humourous level, there's the misconceived "rivalry" between Naru and Mutsumi in Love Hina. Can't think of a ton others, at least based on the series I own.

- Narugami-kun vs. Loki in Matantei Loki Ragnarok. X3 Man, that was one good fight, though.
- Sugino vs. Kantarou, Haruka, and Muu-chan in Tactics. Sad to say it was rather short-lived.

Looks like it's going to be that way in Cosmo Warrior Zero. Good guy Captain Zero versus good-guy-fighting-in-his-own-way Captain Harlock.

My bro hates stuff like that, but I don't. Lots of misunderstandings, finally having to decide whether or not to kill a person just because you're ordered to, not because he's a bad guy...

Nadesico and Irresponsible Captain Tylor could both be seen as anime where neither side of the conflict is truly evil.

On an individual level, the four main characters in Saiyuki are constantly bickering amongst themselves.

Although I believe only the manga for this series has been released in the United States (the anime was not very good anyways), Basara is another example. At the beginning of the series it seems that the antagonist is evil, but as the plot progresses you learn that each side has legitimate reasons for fighting.

Abenobashi
Katsumi versus the rest of the AMP(ok granted she was possessed by
the Demon Sword Medium at the time)
