Here goes some good anime I just recently finish that is really good.

Air- What should I say, it is an incredible anime series. Incredible artwork with full of cute characters and story-line was unique. Though I do give you this warning though, it is not for the premature anime fans. The story is complex and you have to pay attention to get the full story. Also another warning it is happy and sad series, so if you can't handle it sad stuff, don't watch it. Also if you like the series get the OST soundtrack.
Here is the description of the series from AnimeNfo:

Kunisaki Yukito is a traveller, ever seeking the 'girl in the sky' from a legend passed down in his family. His journey takes him to a small seaside town, where he meets Misuzu, a girl who seems eager to become his friend. A story spanning a thousand years begins to unfold against the background of their peculiar relationship.

Kanon- This series got good artwork and story-line is good and unique.
Here is the description of the series from AnimeNfo:

To live together in the cousin's house, Yuichi Aizawa visited the town after an interval of seven years. In his childhood, he was often visiting this town. But, something happened seven years ago, and he was sealing the memory of this town. On the next day when Yuichi moved to this town, he met the girl who carried the backpack which wing garnish was attached to on her back. An encounter with that girl named Ayu Tsukimiya began to remind him of the memory of this town.

I wonder if it is wierd for a guy who likes to watch school-life/drama anime.

a hah, yes Air was reeeaaalllly awesome

I'd also suggest checking out Monster. There is some nudity (so far in about 3 episodes) but the story is GOLD my friend... Gold

Dr. Tenma is a Japanese man working in Germany. He has it all, incredible medical skill, a great job, a beautiful fiancee. He becomes disillusioned with the hospital politics though, when one day he's ordered to forgo operating on a critically injured man in favor of someone who was more famous. After this point, he decides he will do what he thinks is right, regardless of politics.

One day, a young boy and his younger sister were brought in. The boy had a bullet in his head, an operation that the doctor knows only he is capable of completing successfully. But soon after a politician was brought to the hospital and the high ups in the hospital want Dr. Tenma to leave the boy to operate on the politician. Dr. Tenma decides that he'll do what's right and save the young boy's life.

The young boy's operation was a success, but the surgeons operating on the politician fail, prompting his life to fall apart. Dr. Tenma is passed over for a promotion and his fiancee becomes cold to him and eventually leaves him.

But soon after, strange murders begin to occur, ones that benefit Dr. Tenma greatly and though he becomes the #1 suspect, they have no evidence against him. But it seems that the boy whose life he saved has a hand in things, and that he is much more than he seems...

but thats just the beginning of the story... theres MUCH more to it

I don't know if anyone seen this but this series new and the manga is out in the US.
Lol, I know I said post series you finish seeing but I couldn't help my self to post this one.

Tsubasa Chronicle- So far only 5 episodes have been release and I have to say it is very good anime. It from the creators of CLAMP, the artwork is incredible with an awesome story line. Everytime a new one is release it gets better and better.

Here is a description of the series from animeNfo:

In the Land of Clow, a teenaged Syaoran returns from archaeology did where he is working. He is greeted by his old childhood friend, Princess Sakura. Sakura wants to confess her feelings for Syaoran, but gets interupted before doing so. Later, she meets Syaoran at the ruins where her latent powers become active and wings (tsubasa) appear as a mysterious person attempts to kidnap her. Syaoran prevents Sakura from being taken, but now Sakura is unconscious and her memories appear to be gone. She will die unless she can get help from the time-space witch Yuuko. The priest-mage Yukito sends Syaoran across space and time to another universe where Yuuko resides on Earth in Japan. There, they not only meet Yuuko, but also Kurogane, a powerful ninja who was sent there by Princess Tomoyo from her universe to learn the true meaning of strength. And finally they meet Fai, a powerful mage and creator of Chii in his world. He's on the run from a sleeping ruler named Ashura.

Yuuko agrees to grant all of their wishes for a major price. For Kurogane, he must give up his sword in order to travel through dimensions in the hopes of returning home. For Fai, he must give up the tatoos that his magic comes from so he can stay on the run. For Syaoran, he must give up his current relationship with Sakura to travel to the dimensions to find the feathers of her wings which contain her memories. And Sakura, though unconscious, must give up her memories of Syaoran.

Together, the four set off with the critter Mokona, who can locate Sakura's feathers, who can open doors between universes, and who can communicate with Yuuko when needed.

AIR was amazing...I loved the music and the animation.

Kanon was alright...sometimes it was a little tedious for me to stick with it, even though it was a short series.

Tsubasa Chronicle is fabulous. They seem to be sticking nicely to the manga and the character's are nicely done. Also, the music is by Yuki Kajiura (.Hack//SIGN and Noir)...which makes me happy.

Another series that I'd like to mention that I'm currently enjoying is Yakitate!! Japan. Is a funny, feel-good kind of series...that never fails to lift my spirits a little and make me happier. Yes...if you look it up...it will say it's about bread making...but, seriously, give it a chance. I was very surprised that an anime about bread could be so very entertaining, but it's wonderful.

I really enjoyed Hellsing. Some people were offended by some of the content though...so you may want to check out a few reviews before viewing it.

They're not animes. They're two different story arcs of Tsubasa Chronicle that are coming up. The Jade arc takes place in a fairy-tale-like kingdom where all the townspeople's children are believed to be being kidnapped in the middle of the night by the spirit of a princess with locks of gold. The Ohto arc (haven't gotten much into it yet), takes place in a land much like a European amusement-park-like setting where Li and Kurogane become oni-hunters and Fai and Sakura run a cafe. A lot of revelations are occuring in this arc that made me pretty sad. I want Vol. 6 SO BAD!

Thanks for clearing it up for me. My buddy reads the manga, I myself haven't gotten into manga that much. *Runs away before a mob of angry manga fanatics come attack him* I guess I need to start.

Here goes another good series W-Wish. The story line was good and the animation was good too. The intro to series was awesome, so awesome I got the OST.

Here is the description from animeNfo:

The main character, Junna has a twin sister Senna. He is an ordinal student of an elite school. However, in the past, a traffic accident deprived him of his parents and his memory. Junna was survived at the accident, and he has lived only with his sister though he has been looked after by his relatives.

And present…
The life with Senna in the same high school is so pleasant that he can forget the severe past. Because he has been in the world where there is only Senna, his lives in this town, such as the beginning of a new life, new environments, and the meetings, are so refreshing.

However, he begins to recall the memories he lost in the accident. Though he enjoys happy and pleasant days, he is tossed by the past, the present, and the future. What is the truth hidden in his memory?

I was curious of this series and I liked it a lot after watching a few of the episodes.

Here is the description from animeNfo:

Kazuki Sendo is in the third grade of high-school. However, he was relaxing every day because he had already obtained the college entrance permission. One day, he was tempted by Taishi to go to an on-the-spot sale of fanzine together. After that, he fell to the world of fanzine.
