Has anyone seen this? I've read about it and it looks interesting. Thoughts? Comments? Content?

I've seen the first 5 eps and so far it's great, I definitely want to see the rest before too long.

So I must assume that the content isn't that bad. I noticed the manga had very strong language and nudity.
I may pick up the DVDs if you humans think I should.
I like that guy's purple glasses.

I saw a few subbed episodes a while back and liked them alot. I remember some language and violence, but nothing past pg-13 levels. Now that it's licenced here, I'll definitely be renting the episodes I haven't seen yet.

Yes, the manga was quite fanservice-heavy. From everything that I have heard, the anime is considerably cleaner; the only thing that could be considered fanservice is the revealing outfits that CeilingNinja mentioned.

Seen it. Getbackers's quite popular in this part of the world. Didn't interest me, though; it seemed too much like your usual seemingly-daft mercenarial-bishounen-with-powers whose pasts are revealed one by one and dealt with. Judging from your comments on the manga, I really wouldn't have guessed that was the sort of thing the anime came from. But I loved the Ichibyou no Refrain ED and Makubex's character.
