I bought the first to volumes of the manga after seeing an article on the anime in Newtype. I have been really impressed. Its exellent. The best part is I have yet to run into
any nudity and sexual content. Its volent but for me thats a plus
I love action. I can't wait to see what the anime will be like and its done by ADV, so I'll probobly know most of the voices.
Well anybody else stoked about this one?

I was really looking forward to this, but after seeing the whole thing was just slightly disappointed. Not because anything was wrong, but simply because they did so much character exploration that I thot it should have been a 26 ep series instead of 13. That was my only complaint

I saw the TV series and loved it. Whether the manga is different I don't know, but I can confirm that the anime has no nudity or sexual content. I suspect that the storyline of the manga continues past the point where the series ends, since the first volume of the manga covers about half of the entire anime series (I have yet to read the second volume). If this is the case, it is nothing unusual, but I do not think it detracts from the anime series; I was quite happy with the ending.

So, sounds pretty good? I saw a manga of it, looked interesting, but I thought, a book about a robot girl and a bunch of men? Nah. So glad to hear it's good. I might give it a try now!

i finished the series... wow... i LOVED it... and it was VERY touching
just to let the uninformed know, this isn't your steryotypical "chicks with guns" its very serious and touching, and about girls trying to adapt to their new lifestyle... no random fanservice and stuff

Yumie's a big fan of this manga, so we'll probably have to check this anime out. . . after they release a box set.

I still haven't read any of this. It still looks interesting. But it did sound like it might get rather intense later on. So, I'm still waiting, I guess. ^.^ I have a bunch of other things on the list to check out ahead of this.

intense? Not violently... nothing's really intense (i mean there is a fair share of violence) But this story isn't about violence and fighting, its about their lives as these artificial girls, and how they must adapt
pretty much the only sexual reference in the anime was when
Triela complains that she's having menstrual cramps, and Henrietta says she doesn't know what that is like because she does not have a Uterus (remember, these are mechnically altered girls)
