well, it appears to be a princess or something, looking at something or other. Possibly a traffic accident, or a dog attacking her cat, or something.

I think this was inspired by cheesecake.

It is queen serinity from sailor moon i think its "supposed" to be on the moon kingdom even though she is supposed to be in crystal Tokyo as everyone knows

Really, cosplayers should always hold big signs to announce who they are! I mean, some characters are obvious, but others? Well, as this thread proves, chaos and confusion reigns

Well the only reason why i know who it is was i got it off of a sailor moon search i was looking for pictures and so i found this and i saved it to one of my sites which is the one i linked because i had forgotten where i got it and it took me forever to find it again (which i never did)
So yeah you are right they should but if u look closely you can see that oh so famous meatball or odango style.
