A new style DVD case instead of the standard keepcase size, half as thick just like slimline CD jewel cases.

Like the normal ones better, but those would take less space, then. Have one DVD case from a magizine that is about 1/3 to 1/2 of a normal one. Is that a thinpack?

Thin pack dvd cases

That is what they look like.

In most cases, they are a so called box set or half set of anime or movie.

The new brink case for WHR was a thin pack set, because all of the dvd's were in a thin case and this made the full case smaller then box set that they did when the frist vol came out.

Big 0 and Blue Sub Six was in a thin pack case.

I'm not sure if this is related, but I believe the Stellvia Box was able to hold four thinpack cases for eight of it's releasing DVD's (two for each side of the thin case). It's actually kind of conveinant to hold all the DVD's in such a little package, but it's the matter of pucrhasing the full-sized case and transferring the disc over to the thinpack.

Thinpaks are a real lifesaver if you have limited space[like me]. I have close to 300 anime dvds and around 100 nonanime and the only way to realistically fit it in my apartment is to thinpack them. have to cut the covers[or reprint and cut, but tht is expensive], but if your a purveyor and not a collector it doesn't matter. Best thing that ever happened as far as i'm concerned.

Cut the covers?! Are you crazy?! That would ruin them! They should be the original, not modified!
That's me, so I guess I'll stick to the normal covers :P
