Sailor Moon wannabe (just some info)

There was this site i stumbled into and it had the Japanese and English preivews of w/e they are called and it had this one company that wanted sailor moon so they did an opening scene it was terrible sailor moon looked like wonder woman it was terrible and i thought DiC did a bad job.
But even though i cant recall the site name im sure ill find it again but ne ways ttul

was it live action sequences mixed with horrible computer animatd transformation scenes and cheap animation?? If it was then that was the pilot that Saban (the power Ranger people) did back when the rights to Sailor Moon in America were on sale. Thank Goodness Toie eventually sold the rights to dic, even if their dub sucked its better than what Saban wanted.
