What's the most nonsensical anime you've ever seen? (Please, no FLCL or Excel Saga)

I'm going with Shin Getter Robo...That ...GOSH! IDIOT!

Shin Getter is beyond confusing. The story is totally ridiculous and unintentionally funny...
How can you not love the main character saying "Explain it to me in a way that I would understand!!"?

ROD has a pretty funny premise. Controlling paper as a weapon??? The show total rocks though.

How about yu-gi-oh? I stay away from that show because of the occult themes, but honestly, saving the world by playing a card game???!!! Unngghhh... talk about a thirty-minute commercial! That's just my opinion though. no offense to those who like it. I 'spose I don't have much room to be talking considering that I like zoids.lol!

jungle wa hale nuchi guu or however its spelled. most crazy thing i have seen. i say it BEATS flcl on the crazyness scale ~_~ like the weird girl thing that is ruining the main characters life can eat anything wich then is transported to the strange alternate dimension in her stomach. its funny but it has some questionable content (it pokes at anything and anything that moves or has been written)

thats exactly what's so interesting about Yugioh ^^. It's got that "it's so bad it's good" vibe.

The most confusing anime of all time is definitly the Utena movie. It makes almost no sense at all. I think I had the story straight for most of the movie, but then the main character suddenly turns into a car and they get attacked by a gaint tank shaped like a castle and I was like "O_O, what drugs was Kunihiko taking when he made this?"

I was gonna say Jungle Wa Istumo Hale Nochi Guu as well... That show is psychotic...

Another crazy show is Sexy Commando Gaiden something something... I forgot the full title of the show. The episodes are 11 minutes long, sorta like most of the comedy half of Adult swim, and they are just so WEIRD... I have seen one flash of rear nudity in it, but it has been mostly clean despite the premise and title... The premise is that there is a guy who fights with a technique called "Sexy Commando" which basically means that ugly men act "sexy" and distract their opponents... Only the non-sexy can learn this fighting technique. The primary move is that, now this is not as bad as it sounds, but [button="Just in case"]He pulls his pants to his ankles, leaving just boxers, and launches an assault afterwards[/button] It sounds bad, but it's just stupid and funny. This show is the EPITOMY of stupid humor, and the Jokes are likely as fast if not faster than Excel Saga.

I think it may have had some creators in common with excel saga, because there is a similar device of "cute animal goes berserk" like the Puchuus. To try to explain this show, my brain would likely hemmorage... Weird doesn't begin to describe it... It's the most I had laughed since excel saga... If there is a plot, it is about the "Sexy Commando dojo" club trying to survive in the school... An insecure teacher and a nostalgic Principal (
who was a sexy commando fighter when he was a teen
) team up with the other members to keep the club alive... Like excel saga, the plot is just a distraction... Just a big velcro board to throw jokes at.

I really hope this one gets licensed... Also, I hope that netflix picks it up, too. Of course, since excel has better timing, wider appeal, better animation... This likely won't ever get picked up in the US... I iz sad...

Definitely this one, "Jungle Wa Istumo Hale Nochi Guu." Thanks for the title, Bob. I'm sure I've not seen anything weirder. o_0

Now for my explanation of Shin Getter.
SGR is unintentionally weird.

**Spoilers, but don't worry. No one would understand this in the first place, so read on**

Basically, you'd think you had missed a story arc when watching this (Though you haven't).
Ryoma is in prison fot killing Dr. Saotome, creator of the Getters (And who is apparently still alive, and was not killed by Ryoma).
Saotome shows up with some tube with someone growing in it.
They set Ryoma free and give him Getter One to go kill Saotome.
Whereupon Ryoma fights over a thousand other robots (at the same time).
Eventually, they form into a big shape, and that guy in the tube jumps out and starts screaming "Change Shin Getter Dragon!!!"
More random people show up and fight "Invaders", who all die horrible deaths.
A lot of screaming. Every attack is announced.
Saotome builds Shin Getter Robo, and the three characters take it out to stop a bomb that is heading for earth. And they screw up and Earth explodes. In the third episode, of 13. That's barely what's going on.
Go forward, 13 years later. Earth is still there, but 99% of the population was destroyed.
"Go", the guy in the tube, hasn't aged for some inexplicable reason.
He meets Kei and some other random people, and of course they take Shin Getter to go fight Invaders and Shin Dragon.
Saotome and two other scientists (who, mind you, were riding on the bomb that hit earth) are trying to make Shin Dragon evolve.
They go into another dimension, which ends up being antarctica(sp).
At some point, Ryoma shows back up (un-aged).
The explanation is that when the bomb hit earth, it opened up a time portal sending Ryoma into the future on the moon inside an abandonned Getter Robo. He rebuilds it, flies to earth and starts punching buildings for no reason. O_O
More and more gorey fighting.
Now they find out that Saotome "did it all for them"...which makes zero sense.
Go and Kei and some other guy try to use Shin Dragon, who is apparently good now???
Ryoma, Hayato(the guy who supposedly kills Saotome), and another random guy take Shin Getter and fly into space where they fight random Invaders.
Jupiter sucks in moons and other planets.
So, they fly inside one of the moons to destroy it for...why???
They're knocked back to earth.
All of the sudden Shin Dragon is good, and they fly back over to Jupiter. Instead of flying there, they shoot out their lasers, which somehow makes a portal.
The two other scientists end up being inside Jupiter.
So after a few minutes of exposition (which, suprise suprise, makes no sense at all) about how Getter Rays made dinosaurs evolve. Except it killed the dinosaurs. What? X_X
Now, they do something that I can't ever understand. "Unite our hearts as one."
"Focus your energy to Shin Getter!"
And Ryoma in Shin Getter CUTS JUPITER IN HALF . X_O
To make matter worse, a giant mouth opens up in space, and out of nowhere they use something called a "Shine Spark" to fly into it, where they're met by giant flying head things.
Then some of the other characters are standing.
THE END (Is anyone going to bother to read that?)

I love that. So...bad...good....bagood. At least the animation is really really nice.

jungle wa itsumi hale nuchi guu acctually had me enthralled and i happened to enjoy most of it (cept for a few parts that werent funny ~_~) though the ending leaves room for a whole new series it saddens me that its over. but i would describe this show but the only thing you can really say is, a young child who lives in the jungle with his mother meets a face changing swallowing everything sometimes pure evil sometimes helpfull thing called guu and his mom adopts the guu. its so weird but its got some good humor, though its definetly not for a non muture audience
