I started noticing this dvd quite often now for some reason, and i've been wondering about it.
Now personally I LOVE adorable/cute anime. (kinda embarrassing since I am a Guy).

So I was wondering about this one. Of course I was also wondering if it's more fanservicy? I usually stay away from fanservice type anime... There are a few exceptions however. When i'm convinced there will still be a good story overall to it. With that said there are indeed Several Fanservice based animes that I DO indeed love. Of course I don't like the idea of an anime were teenagers/adults lust over a 7 year old girl.

I just recently bought Love Hina (perfect collection)... which.... I have been avoiding for several years now because the idea really didn't thrill me, but so many of my friends online have been telling me to check it out.... But i'll say this, I probably still would have stayed clear of this anime had IT not been for this forum... I'll probably watch volume one today.

Fancy Lala is a wonderful anime series. There is no fanservice at all. It is very family friendly and my kiddos thought it was great. It's about a young girl who wishes she was older and could be an idol. With the help of a couple of cute dragons she is given the power to draw all her own clothing and transform into Fancy Lala the newest Model/Singer/Actress teenage idol. What makes this title so good for me is the closeness of the family. Lala must work fast to live both the life of an ordianry elementary schoolgirl and a star. I highly recommend this magical girl series and you can now get the box set for just a little over $30.00 for all 26 episodes.

I think I might rent volume 3 from Hastings this weekend (they don't have volume 1 -_-). Hopefully I'll like the series, can't beat getting a legit boxset for a little over $30. BTW who's selling it for that price?

Yep, it really is that cheap approx: $30-35. Though since I work at bestbuy and I can get it for a bit cheaper w/ the employee discount :P... Too bad CAA doesn't have a review for this one I'm quite curious. :shady:
But yeah, I've really wanted to see this for awhile along w/ "Someday's Dreamers." Though I don't know much about either. They look like good series, plus I've heard some good things... though not enough infomation in the form of a review.
