Wow that stuff's on pretty late, especially on a weekday :/

YTV's "Adult Swim" is known as Bionix, and has anime from 9:30-11:00. Sure they try putting it on late for kiddie eyes, but some of us still have school and work the next day! Not sure how CN's lineup is before it, but some of them aren't THAT explicit to be on so late.

Lol KisaTohru I agree with you on all the shows! I want to see FMA but I'm one of those people who hates watching TV on a schedule... *wants Tivo*

Ack! I wanna see Witch Hunter, but I'm not staying up until 1:30! My VCR is sooo stupid. I'll have to buy a new VCR and hook it upto my other TV. Frustrating with a capital "F".

But Twelve for FMA. That I might be able to hold my eyelids open to watch.

SMC is sorta like Southpark from what I heard... It's just crazy, cutesy, offensive little kids... Of coruse, I guess since Japanese doesn't have a group of objectionable words like English, and it's not as colorful, that can't really be true, but I think the dub is supposed to be filled with such words and innuendos.

*raises an eyebrow* South Park? I don't think so, but I haven't seen it, I'm leaning on Newtype here. According to their article on it a while back, Super Milk-chan is about a girl (Milk-chan, obviously) who is a super hero. Every episode, she's called by the President (of everything) to save the world. From what Newtype says, it was so loaded with cultural references and even live-action with the Japanese seiyuus that it was a nightmare to dub. ADV decided to replace the Japanese references with American ones and do the live-action with their own voice actors. I also hear it is a bit colorful. Should be interesting.

I'm pretty sure it's 1st. I mean, I don't think they would have even had time to dub 2nd yet, would they?

Yay! Finally some anime that I love on CN (Ghost in the Shell and Witch Hunter Robin). I have not seen any of the other shows, (except Inuyasha) and have heard they are excellent and greatly look forward to checking them out! :D

Speaking of which, I notice that Inu-Yasha got bumped from the schedule to make room for the new stuff. Too bad (though I guess they've run out of dubed episodes by now)

No,Inuyasha didn't get bumped so much as they put the new eps. on
hiatus until Dec. 22.Starting Dec.22 the new eps. will be on Wednesdays.
At least that is my understanding.
I also read where they're going to show the Japanese version of Super
Milk-chan with subs.
If WHR is going to be on at 1:30 I will have to change my bedtime so I can watch it.

I have been taping GITS Stand alone Complex, and Full Metal Alchamist.

So far, both are kind of interesting. Though, Ghost in the Shell didnt do much of an intro duction. You are just thrown into it, but it was still a good show. I just hope they take the time to develope all the character, it seams like a cool team. :thumb:
