I'd say that one of my favorite anime sequences is the first "Myself" Music video thingy in Full Moon Wo Sagashite.

So pretty.
Every year in Uganda, innumerable children simply. . . disappear. These children all stolen under the cover of darkness from their homes and impressed into the guerilla armies of the LRA [Lord's Resistance Army]. In the deserts of Uganda, they are forced to witness the mindless slaughter of other children until they themselves can do nothing but kill. Kill. These children, generally ranging from ages 5-12, are brainwashed into murdering in the name of the resistance and into stealing other children from their beds to suffer the same fate.

Because of this genocide of innocence, hundred and hundreds of children live every night sleeping in public places miles from their homes, because they know that if the do not-- they will disappear. They will become just another number in this genocide to which the international community has chosen to turn a blind eye. They will become, in affect, invisible-- Invisible Children.

But there are those who are trying to fight against this slaughter of Uganda's children. They fight to protect these "invisible children." Please, help them help a country full of children who know nothing by fear. Help save the innocence. For more information concerning how you can help and how you can get an incredible video about this horrific reality, visit the Invisible Children home page.

My favorite sequence/scene of all time is the entire episode "Rain" from Gensomaden Saiyuki. In a close second would be two scenes from Matantei Loki Ragnarok: When Loki meets Heimdall's doppleganger who tries to feed him with chopsticks while wearing an apron and when
Heimdall falls from the bridge in episode 21. Loki reaches out to try and save him, but he knocks Loki's hand away and lets himself fall. :sniffle:
My favorate sequences are in noir episode 25 when:
Kirika and Mirrielle turn their guns on one another and when Chloe joins in the fight and tries to kill Mirielle. Oh and in episodes 8 and 9 i like those fight sequences too.
Sailor Moon mid-finales and finales are amazing in the un cut! I know most of the other stuff is very repetitive, but I'm sure it would get A LOT of people into the series if you showed the mid-finales and end finales of a series (I say mid because stuff usually happens right in the middle).

Another one that keeps crossing my mind is ep 26 of Escaflowne. Need to buy it! >_< Gotta see it again! Ending of Escaflowne the movie is VERY nice too.

One of the scenes from an anime that I just love is from Rurouni Kenshin, when Kenshin fights Jin-e.
Kaoru, watching Kenshin fight in his near-manslayer state, has a flash back of Kenshin in the first episode, saying softly "A sword is a weapon, the blade is meant to kill. That is the truth. What Miss Kaoru is saying is sweet and innocent talk used only by those whose hands have never been stained with blood. But I prefer Miss Kaoru's sweet and innocent talk over the truth..." Then Kaoru starts to cry, and with tears streaming down her face yells "KENSHIN, NO!!"
That scene is so great--nice music, great little effects in the animation and the way the voices were recorded (kinda 'floaty' sounding), and the voice acting is great--preticularly in the dub version (don't hurt me--I love both versions, but I like the voice of Kenshin in the english version a little more.)

I need to get more of that anime...preticularly since it's on too late for me to see it on Cartoon Network. :waah!:

EDIT: annnd...I can't do spoilers right. :comp:

Take out the s at the end.

In Rurouni Kenshin, when Kenshin learns the secret behind the ultimate attack while training with Hiko, and when we actually get to see him use it instead of just a flash of light.
The conclusion of the OVA, when they blow up the Soyokaze, and everyone salutes, even the admirals and the Raalgon.

When Ayato accidently kills Asahina, while he's been fighting to protect her, and she is trying to tell him how she feels through the city lights.
The first two seasons of Ranma 1/2, before they start with the filler episodes.

In Trigun, all the episode previews, and the episode "Diablo."

In Cowboy Bebop, the ends of Waltz for Venus, Speak Like a Child, and Hard Luck Woman.

And my absolute favorite...
Three scenes from this one.
While Shu and Lala Ru are wandering the desert together, and she begins to open up to him.
When Shu stops Sara from killing her unborn child.
The last sunset that Shu and Lala Ru watch after she's exhausted her powers.
That's it for now.

Well, one of my favorites is from Fushigi Yugi, when Tamahome is about to throw Tasuki in the water. Lol, the look on Tasuki's face is priceless. The Ballad of Fallen Angels episode of Cowboy Bebop is just too awesome. Um... In Trigun, when Vash uses his angel arm. When Sosuke fights against Gauron in the last episode of Full Metal Panic. And when Hiei from Yuyu Hakusho uses his Dragon of the Darkness Flame attack in the Dark Tournament. I'm probably forgetting something, but that's all that comes to mind now. Lol.

One of my favorite scenes is the one in Cowboy bebop ep. 5, near the end when spike and vicious are talking and spike has his gun pointed at vicious' shoulder and vicious' sword tip on spikes shoulder, that was so cool...

Of course! How could I have forgotten that! It was that one little scene in anime that really hit me and just sat there like 0_0 Especially when
Ayato read on the billboard that she wrote "I love you" and then he killed "her".
It's been so long since I seen it but I have to see it again!

Another scene that is just great is from Bokura no Wargame (the second Digimon movie). Maybe you'll remember it from Digimon: the Movie but it just isn't the same without the song Requim playing in the background. You know, the part where all hope is lost when the Digis appear dead until their own hope comes to help them.

and on the 2nd to last episode of golden boy when the chick riding the motar cycle sees a shadow and looks up and hes riding his bick on a telephone line

also on the first episode of berserk and he hoses the snake guy and when he cuts him inhalf he sits there and starts shoting him in the face with arrows and the guy is like "please have mercy" and Guts goes "Did you spare those who asked you for mercy" and just unloads a clip of the bolts from his repeating crossbow in his face.
