I saw this and thought, "Isn't there already a review for this?"

I also bought it based upon the previous review, and it has become one of my favorites. I think I probably need to just go out and get everything Daichi has had his hands in, I love him, he is a genious. For those who don't know he is mostly known for his comic works, but he is also responsible for Now and Then, Here and There (my favorite anime ever) which is a very serious and mature work, which just goes to show his incredible range. I don't remember a previous review of Jubei-chan, but your all's comments do sound familiar. Strange -- feels like a deja-vu... Oh, well. Sorry about adding an extra review (a second opinion?).

And yeah, I love Daichi. But I'll warn you: don't get Tsukikage Ran, one of his less successful ventures. I couldn't get through the first DVD simply because the show was obsessed with alcohol (and the glorification of it), and was covered in sinful content, from extended rear nudity to profanity and beyond. And that's just the first disc! I would write a review, but I don't think partial reviews are allowed. May this suffice for now.
