Yeah, Megumi Hayashibara's pretty good. I also like Megumi Ogata, who does some of my favorite bishie voices! According to one site she did Kenshin's but according to Animenfo she didn't :/

PAKU ROMI! X3 Excellent choice, Elric-kun, I love you! I'm also a big fan of Onosaka Masaya and Seki Tomokazu, too.

Kikuko Inoue. Like Hayashibara she's in just about everything: Kasumi in Ranma 1/2, Belldandy in Oh! My Goddess, she's in Saint Tail and, well, too numerous to really mention. Her voice just has a calming effect.

Hikaru Midorikawa (Heero-GW, Rukawa-Slam Dunk, David-Battle Toshinden, Tamahome-Fushigi Yuugi, etc).

As for female seiyuu... it's a tie between Megumi Ogata and Megumi Hayashibara XD

From what I've heard, Megumi Ogata did Kenshin's voice in the CD drama, not the series.

The voice actress for Sango and Ukyo from Inuyasha and Ranma1/2.

Currently my favorite seiyuu is Kotono Mitsuishi. She has a good voice and can do serious characters like Mireille Bouquet, insanely wacky characters like Excel and mixtures like Kagura Sohma.
