But, although it's really too early to tell exactly what will happen, it is a possibility that 4kids and/or Toei will sit on the license for years...although I don't want to admit it.
Viz should totally take over on the license.
If Toei does make a good decision for once and allow someone else to license it, Viz is the most likely candidate given that they seem to have first choice over Shonen Jump titles nowadays. They would probably have Studiopolis do the dubbing like they did Naruto and Bleach.
Funimation is another good candidate for it however. Supposedly, at one time, they practically had the One Piece license.
