I don't crush on anime characters as much as I used to - I used to pick at least one bishounen per anime to drool over 
Here's ones I've crushed on in the past: Hotohori (Fushigi Yuugi), Zoisite and Kunzite (Sailormoon), Quatre (Gundam Wing), Kaworu and Shinji (Evangelion), and Touga (Utena). From video games, Sephiroth and Cloud (Final Fantasy 7), Kuja (ff9), and Edgar (ff6).
