question:
where would i post a review and how would i get it endorsed? what if there is an anime that is not yet in English and what if we don't know how produced it? also, what is a pm?

There is an Anime reviews section here, just ask the mods about it. PM are personal messages you can send to others on this website. Its a good way to contact people here on CAA.

Most of the reviews section is available by clicking the "reviews" link on the top of almost every page in CAA.
