Indeed, it is an Anime classic. I personally finished the series just a couple of days ago. Some of my fav. characters from any series are from Nadesico. They'er all idiots.

Baka Baka... Minna baka. (I don't know the cultural signifigance to this, but a supposed genious not using particles when she talks? I would think that would be a contrast, maybe I'm wrong...)

Megatokyo has elements from many good anime. If it didn't, well it wouldn't be Megatokyo... I just love that, and want the TPB desperately... And the second one if it ever gets made... And any number after that... They may have been inspired by "Penny Arcade" but Megatokyo is vastly superior to it's mentor, in my opinion.

And to get back on Topic, Nadesico was one of the first anime I bought, and it will always hold a special place in my heart... That box looked so darned serious, but it ended up being funny... And, well, serious too... But FUNNY!

The plot goes at the speed of light compared to some series.
