Every year in Uganda, innumerable children simply. . . disappear. These children all stolen under the cover of darkness from their homes and impressed into the guerilla armies of the LRA [Lord's Resistance Army]. In the deserts of Uganda, they are forced to witness the mindless slaughter of other children until they themselves can do nothing but kill. Kill. These children, generally ranging from ages 5-12, are brainwashed into murdering in the name of the resistance and into stealing other children from their beds to suffer the same fate.
Because of this genocide of innocence, hundred and hundreds of children live every night sleeping in public places miles from their homes, because they know that if the do not-- they will disappear. They will become just another number in this genocide to which the international community has chosen to turn a blind eye. They will become, in affect, invisible-- Invisible Children.
But there are those who are trying to fight against this slaughter of Uganda's children. They fight to protect these "invisible children." Please, help them help a country full of children who know nothing by fear. Help save the innocence. Weren't Meroko's expressions hilarious? More than once I was laughing so hard because of something she did/said that I had to go back to catch what I missed. And she was so awesome in the latter half of the series. When she [spoiler=don't click it unless you want to ruin a very cool part of Full Moon]signed her name[/spoiler] I think I actually cheered out loud. But that's awesome that you're a Mero-chan fan too, Osaka! Takuto usually steals all the attention.

I think you might. It's not "all romantic"--I mean it has it's parts, but even the main character (or one of them) gets sick of that. It's really not a story I'd easily classify as romance--I don't know what you'd call it actually. Anyway, I think you'd like it.

I agree with what Ashley said.
Would you consider Lord of the Rings a romance, just because it has romantic elements? Probably not. Similarly, I wouldn't say that Full Moon is purely romance. Sure, it has a pretty healthy element of romance, but it's not some soap opera.
With the romance or not question aside, this is just one darn good anime. THEM anime reviews gave it five stars (evangelion only got 4, just to give you an idea of how it stacks upto more well known series). If you get past some of the filler episodes, you'll love it. (Especially the last 17 episodes). Watch it!
