IT was sweet, it surprised me i thought everyone was going to die but it was almost complete opposite though the twist was good and it tied up some of the loose ends. I cant wait till the movie comes out!

A tad late, but...

I really didn't like the ending.
I didn't like 20th century our world being the other side of the gate. I didn't like the fact that Al lost all of his memories up to before they learned alchemy with Izumi. I didn't like the fact that Ed is pretty much stuck in pre-Nazi Germany and very soon, WWII. Think about it for a second. Munich 1921?
*___* It was so good! Granted it wasn't what I was entirely expecting and it didn't end how I WANTED it to, but it was still very cool.

I can't wait for the movie! :3 Is it going to be a continuation of the story? Anyone know?

just found this
According to Sony Music Japan's website, the Fullmetal Alchemist movie will be released in Japanese theaters the second half of Summer 2005. A report is saying that the movie takes place two years after the end of the TV series. The script will be written by Aikawa Shou, and the director will be Mizushima Seiji, who is also directing the TV series.
