It's rather complicated but I'll just keep it short and leave off the details. That "snobby" girl is Miyabe and she loathes Onizuka so she deliberately got him into trouble. The female student who hired the thugs is Kanzaki Urumi, who used to be in league with Miyabe and used to hate Onizuka as well, but by this time she had already become fast friends with Onizuka. There's already tension between Kanzaki and Miyabe by this time too, as is obvious. Anyway, Onizuka "rescues" Miyabe after he forces her to apologize to him.

This is another one of those series that has so much potential to me, and I would love to read all of. But Its just so darn perverted some times!!!!
