they do make a manga, but i haven't read it. i've seen the anime. i've seen the whole series, the specials, and the OAV. i'd rate the series and the specials pg-13 for some iffyness and inuendos. the OAV, love hina again, has more iffyness and inuendos than the series does, and the OAV isnt that great, so dont bother with it.
it's about this guy named keitaro who is trying really hard to get into tokyo university to fulfill a promise he made when he was a kid. he ends up managing the hinata apartments, which is an all girls dorm. keitaro ends up falling in love with one of the girls at the dorm, but she won't admit to liking him.
it's a love comedy, and it's quite off the wall at times. i enjoyed it and found it rather funny. like i mentioned above, there's a bit of iffyness at times, anything iffy that happens is 90% of the time a total accident on keitaro's part.
