Is <modsnip> an illegal site?
I'm not sure because they say they get their videos from embeds from a third party sourse like Youtube, Hulu, megavideo, ect. if it is, then I guess i need to find somthing else because I don't want to get in trouble for any reason.

That looks like it's not a legitimate site. And if it's really getting its videos from legal sources like Hulu and Youtube, it'd be better to go to those sites directly.

Well...Wait...What about the manga section of the site? :/ Where's a legal place to read manga? Aaaah I want to read Bakuman...but I don't want to do illegal things in order to read it. :C I mean sure of course I'm definitely going to buy it all for my collection but to continue the story...I'm totally past book two which is coming out Nov. 2nd. Man, this is depressing.
Also, I checked if Crunchyroll had the manga available and they don't. They don't even have the anime available.

Look on the official licensing sites, Viz will generally have a chapter to a volume available. They also have a couple of online magazines, so you could read a fair amount of their Sig Ikki stuff for free. Otherwise, that's about it.

There really is no place to legally read manga online except for what Mr. Hat n Clogs said. TokyoPop only usually has a few chapters, and that goes for most of the places that lisence them.
As for watching Bakuman, I don't see it streaming on any legal sites (incl. Youtube, Hulu, Funi, TheAnimeNetwork, and Crunchyroll). So you'd have to watch it on an illegal streaming site if you wanted to see it.

As far as the more 'legal' sites go... Youtube and Crunchyroll ftw 
And as of late, even though it doesn't really count, Netflix has been the ultimate lifesaver-! (You can watch a lot of them online, sorta...)
