It means their "naughty bits" are barely covered.
Also, if you're going to make passive aggressive posts in the mature prayer topics, why are you buying a dirty body pillow? You can't have your cake and eat it too.

Not being even the slightest bit judgemental here, but body pillows probably aren't a good thing for recovering addicts to own. You should get rid of it.
