I'm leaving CAA perminantly. i've wanted to do this for a long time but I've never gathered the courage to let go.

Usergroups exist as part of vBulletin. At the moment they are only used to distinguish between members and staff. It is unlikely that this feature will be used for anything else.

Doubtful. There's a lot of pros and cons to consider, and for the moment the staff seems to agree that the cons outweigh the balance.
