¿How hard would it be to start a new board for costumers? If it’s possible, a few of us would like it, I’ll wager.

Coustumers? What do you mean, like a cosplay forum? Well, that would probably be better served as a thread in the anime or general sections; we try to reserve forums for large categories of things.
