CAA loading slow.

Is it just me or has CAA been taking awhile to load?
Every time I go to a new page it takes anywhere from 20 to 40 seconds to load. It used to take me 5 or less.

I'm not sure if it's just server maintenance or not, but if not, what do you think the problem could be?
