Revelation: Four Views: A Parallel Commentary by Steve Gregg, though not exactly a full length theology throughout the Bible or anything. If you hold to full/hyper preterism as opposed to the partial/orthodox preterism though, the amillenialist position would not aid that position for still holding that Christ will return at a universal resurrection of the dead.
