Ribs + cooking + me = doomed.
Okay heres the deal, ive got 8 pounds of beef ribs in the freezer. 3 very hungry family members coming over and no idea how to make em.

Yeah, look for a recipie that sounds good, and give yourself plenty of prep time...you may have to boil and marinate the ribs before BBQing.

Whoa thanks, I found out how to marinate like crazy.
So I made them and everyone liked them, I added my own secret receipe (Soda anyone?).

Soda such as Sprite or 7UP help make good marinades.

I'm not all that keen on ribs, I don't see the appeal since there's next to no meat on most. Hope it went well Locke.
