Converting Mp3s

Converting Mp3s

Hey, I've been wondering if there's a free program to convert high-bitrate MP3s and WMAs into 64-bit WMAs. Is there any good program out there, or am I stuck burning my music onto CDs and ripping them off again?

There's hundreds of converters, but they all cost you something, unless you torrent them.

I searched MP3 converter and came up with...
