OOC: we can use the new rpg thread for rp discussion and what have you. Let's get the ball rolling and have fun as it makes it's way around the park

BIC: It's a beautiful cool September afternoon and the group is sitting in their assigned seats in English class. There's only about five min till the bell rings and Teacher continues to teach like he has all the time in the world without picking up or slowing down his pace. The windows in class are open and a cool breeze can be felt blowing through the classroom and Vladimir, or Vlad as he preferred to be called, took a deep breath in as it rolled over his face. He had a window seat and was close to the front but not in the front row, about three seats back, and waited a bit impatiently for class to finish. He wanted to get his cello which had to stay in the orchestra hall during his normal academic class. He looked around to see what his other friends were doing sitting in class.

~~ Paige ~~

Paige looked at the clock and then back at the teacher. Only five more minutes. English was probably the worst class. The teacher was nice enough but he rambled on for ever and actually expected them to learn something. She looked around for her brother, Ethan, who was in the back of the class talking to one of his friends. He waved at her and she waved back. She looked around again and saw he friend, Vlad. She waved and rolled her eyes at the teacher as he repeated something he had just said. She smiled and looked back at the clock. Four more minutes...

~~Aamor~~

"FIVE MORE MINUTES!!! Aamor shouts, breaking the silents,waking up all the sleepy heads in her class. She went into the class with energy and was determined to end the day the same way,but she was fading already so she tried to make herself smile whenever possible, even if that meant shouting in the middle of class, The students giggleing always made her happy.

Vinyl's face was concentrated on the notebook in front of her, her hand rested on the book with a pencil clutched between her fingers, every now and then it would move in sync with the monotonous teacher.
In reality, behind her purple glasses, Vinyl was fast asleep. Given away by the illusion that she was sitting still and paying attention, something she rarely ever did, and that the pencil was moving without writing anything down. Even the sudden outburst from Aamor only resulted in the pencil drawing a sudden line across the notepad, but the night-owl was deeply rooted in dreamland.

ooc: Just double checking, do we already have our powers or do we still need to get them?

Aamor starts to get bored again, she already knows all this English stuff even though people think shes just silly,she actually studies English on her own time. Aamor is sitting behind Vinyl,she notices she was the only one that didn't laugh and was sleeping, So to occupy her time she starts to poke Vinyl with her pencil.

OOC: Well we could either A: say this is happenign right before we get our powers in which we could all get together for a group study session right after class and be visited by the spirit or B: already have our powers and continue on from their I'm good either way really.

BIC: Vlad was still giggleing a bit on the inside from Aamors' outburst and watch curiousley as the teacher didn't react in the least his concentration unfaultering. He looked around the classroom for one other individual but being still near the beginning of the school year couldn't figure out which seat she sat in. But he did look for the long black hair he knew her for.

The consistent poking from Aamor from behind Vinyl had sped up the rhythm of her own pencil and after the sixth poke it was Vinyl that jumped up and broke the silence. “Drop the bass!!” She shouted in the classroom and the teacher shot her a glaring look. Embarrassingly she realized what had happened as the sleep left her and she drop back down in her seat, sinking as deep into it as she was able. “I'm going to get you back for this Aamor!” She bluffed between clenched teeth to her friend behind her.

ooc: it's your call Broly.

~~ Paige ~~

Paige smiled as Vinyl jumped up and shouted. Paige smiled at her and then looked back at the teacher. Only a little longer and then school was done! For the day.

~~ Ethan ~~

Ethan was in the back of the class where the teacher never looked. Ethan talked to his friend the entire class and almost had a heart attack when his friend, Vinyl jumped up. He tossed her a smile and a wink and looked at the clock. Class was almost over. Thank goodness.

OOC: I think it would be more interesting for them to get their powers after school together. Though, anything will be fine.

OOC: OK let's get together and have a study session after class. I'll play the spirit that visits us. Gunna look back over the character sheets and soo who's house it would be best to study at.

~~ Vladimir ~~

He jumped when Vinyl jumped out of her chair shouting but couldn't suppress a chuckle at her prediciment. He looked at the clock once more and the only thought that went through his head was 'longest five minutes ever' there was still 2 minutes in class and quite frankly the past three minutes where the most invigorating. As he waited for the bell to ring he continued his search for Himeko who seemed to avoid any sign of detection, she was like the quiet ninja of the classroom unable to be seen untill she wanted to be.

~~Himeko~~

Glanced up from the notes (which not many people borrow because they are mostly written in Japanese with a little bit of English) from that class to see what the commotion was about. Not sure whether to smile or roll her eyes at her friends and fellow classmates she shuts her notebook and puts it away. Glancing at the clock she notices that there is only 1 more minute left of class.

Aamor was surprised by Vinyl response but it only encouraged her and made her more interested in getting to Know Vinyl, She had no real friends in the class room so she was trying to e as friendly as possible right now. Yet she did not get much of a friendly response from anyone, but she was still hopeful for the next day.

Himeko had glanced up at the shouting. Like the rest of the classmates she was abit startled by the commotion. Glancing at the clock she can see that there is only 1 minute left in class. After putting her notes away, she raised her arms over her head, stretching.

~~ Vladimir ~~

Vlad had almost lost patience at this point waiting for either the bell to ring or the teacher to stop talking and his small break to glare of Vinyl was a little repreive from his leacture. He needed to play music, he could feel it in his hand as it got tense in wishful anticipation. He almost started whistling the Ride of the Valkyries and just as he took a breath and puckered his limps *DING DONG ding dong, ding dong DING DONG* the bell rang dissmissing the students from class and only as the bell rang did the teacher tell his students they needed to write a research paper about todays lecture. 'A research paper? So early in the year? Vlad thought to himself picking up his backpack and making a b-line for the door. He managed to be first out and waited for the others to come out. He figured this would be a good oppertunity to get everyone together and work on the project as a whole, helping each other out as it would seem.

OOC: Just come out the door and notice me standing there or somthing. This is how I'll get us all together to get our visit. We will be studying at my house.

OOC: Sorry for the duplicate posts. i'm not used to not seeing my post there right away

Himeko: After jotting down the homework assignment, she gathers up her books and such and makes her way out the door and heads over to where Vlad is. "Hello."

"Finally!" Vinyl said stretching her arms out above her. She quickly put her things away and entered the stream that was heading out of class. She saw Vladimir waiting outside and walked up next to him. "Hey Vlad, what's up?"

"SCHOOL IS OVER!! oh yea~" Said Aamor running out of the classroom pushing everyone out of her way.

"Hey Vinyl, one sec" and with that Vlad reached straight into the crown grabbing Aamor by the arm and pulled her into their little group. "I was thinking. We could totally hang at my place and do this reseatrch paper thing. I'm sure some of us could use the help" he smiled tapping two nuckes on Vivi's shoulder without looking at her but seeing if Aamor heard him.

~~ Paige & Ethan ~~

Paige smiled when school was finally done. She rushed to her brother and yanked him away from the girl he was talking to. "Come on Ethan," she said. She puled him out the door and smiled she she saw her friends. Ethan slapped Vlad a high five and Paige smiled. "Hey guys. Whats up," she asked.

"Hey, a study group sounds like a great idea." Vinyl replied, ignoring Vlad's little remark about her for now, but not missing it. "You bring the snacks Vlad and I'll bring the music."

"A study group? Well thats better then doing it alone" She said with a smile "Lets go!"

Himeko smiles "Sure lets go."

~~ Vladimir ~~

"Sounds like a plan. Let's do it at my place I think it's the closest to school and most centrally located." He said with a smile as things started to fall into place. "I need to get my cello from the Orchestra hall first do you guys need anything before we go?"

Himeko thinks for a moment. "I should probably grab my clarinet so I can take it home tonight...Not that I think I'll have time to practice. It will make Otou-san...I mean dad happy"

"I got everything already!" Said Aamor, she never parted with her paints and brushes.

Paige smiled. "Sounds good to me. Ethan and I have everything already," she said. Ethan nodded.

"Yep, got all I need right here." Vinyl said holding out a shiny, portable mp3 player.

"Well it seems we are headed to the orchestra hall and the band room. Good thing they are right next to each other" He said adgusting his bag over his shoulder. "let's be off then" He made his way down the hall. The Music building was a ways down and closer to the back side of the school and Vlad lived closer to the front side so t would be a bit of a walk to get the stuff and get to vlads house. He figured this could be a chance to catch up. "So how have you guys liked your classes? I know we have all the same ones spare our electives but who knows, we all still sit in diffrent parts of the classrooms." He spun around and started walking backward somehow managing to avoid running into anyone who didn't see him first. "Who was that you were talking to in english Ethan?"

"It's school and homework." Vinyl complained. "How exciting can they be? They even complain when you're listening to music while you work, can you believe that?" She asked throwing out her arms. "Music is food for the soul, how are you suppose to learn if you're starving?"

Himeko nods in agreement with Vinyl as she heads to the band room
