Paul McMasters stumbled lazily into the Papa John's Pizzaria, his uniform was crumpled and his hat crooked. his boss, Rob smile at him and said, "Paul, go straighten up in the back." Paul grunted a reply and mosied on back. after cleaning up, and waking up, Paul walking to the office to clock in. "this job sucks" he mumbled as he punched in his numbers.

Denkou Misaki walked into the Papa John's Pizzaria and glanced around. She had her headphones on as usual with the visor down, and looked very futuristic with her black and blue t-shirt and shorts. She was listening to her music, but it was low enough so that she could hear anyone if they wanted to talk to her. She went and sat at a nearby table to wait for her brother Ken, who was going to meet up with her. Suddenly there was a mew from her bag, and a kitten with white, gray, and tan fur poked her head out. It's ruby red eyes scanned the area narrowly. "Anin! Get back in!" hissed Denkou, gently pushing Anin back. Anin hissed, but went back in.

Ken was walking in with Denkou and sat down.
"Do you have to bring the cat with you all time?" he asked. "He always gets us in trouble somehow." He took out his Ipod and began fooling with it, looking for his Sudoku app.

"Of course I need to bring Anin! What if there's a guy who tries to kidnap us?" said Denkou. Then she picked up the menu. "What kind of pizza should we get?" she asked.

Jack Boston stood silently behind Paul waiting for him to finish punching his numbers in once Paul finished Jack spoke up with an annoying voice, "What was that Paul..? the job what..? Something you want to tell ROB..??" he laughed and slapped his knee. Jack slipped a small portable gaming device into his pocket and squinted at the machine, then punched his numbers in, mumbling some gamer talk, which allowed him to easily remember his numbers. He then took off his worn red jacket that several months ago was bright red and allowed anyone to see him miles away. After hanging it on the coat rack in the office he smiled at Paul.

Paul looked disdainfully at Jack, his eyebrow raising slightly. ignoring the Gamer chatter from Jack he looked out at rob and said "Rob this job Sucks!" Rob in turn laughed and said, "so do vacuum but we like those don't we?" Paul's face was blank as he turned back to Jack.

"Go check on the customers, Paul" Rob called after a moment. Paul slipped on an apron and walked out to the table. he immediately recognized Denkou and Ken and greeted them, "what's up guys?" almost instantly a sharp pain spsrung through his leg. Paul looked down with a yelp and said, "Anin!? Denkou why'd you bring Anin!?"

"Hey Paul. I'll have extra cheese with black olives and a vanilla milkshake." said Ken. "The perfect way to start summer vacation!"
OOC: Just so you know, I'm making it like school just let out and Ken and his sis are stopping on their way home from school, which let out at lunch.

"Hey Paul! Anin! Get back here!!" said Denkou. Anin let out a low and seemly dissapointed growl, dropped off Paul's leg and went back to Denkou, though she you could tell by her mews that she was pouting. "Anin loves the sausages in the pizza." Denkou explained. "Bould I have a meat lovers pizza please, and a vanilla milkshake too?"

"2 milkshakes, and two usuals, coming right up!" Paul placed the order and then returned with the two milkshakes. "so what are you guys doing for break this year?" Paul asked as he placed the drinks before htem.

"I have no idea. Maybe something interesting will come my way." Denkou said with a wistful smile as she sipped the milkshake. Anin seemed roll her eyes. Then she jumped onto the table and pawed on the base of the milkshake glass, as if she wanted to have a taste as well.

Paul thought for a second, then an idea clicked. "well, i'm going to miami Florida for two weeks soon. a journal editor wants me to help out on a project. wanna come?"

"Florida?!" asked Denkou, jumping up in excitement and accidently knocking Anin off the table. "Florida, the home of Disney land!" She ried, and she seemed to be surrounded in a sparkly mist of happiness.

"We'd have to ask mom and dad. Normally, we have that church group camp, but they don't start for another couple weeks." said Ken. "When would you be able to go?"
OOC: I thought Disney world was in Orlando?

Paul smiled at Denkou, "that's right! Disney Land!" to ken he replied, "next week sometime, maybe sooner."

OOC: its in both

Jack looked around and decided he was done sweeping the floors, though nothing had changed since he got there, it almost seemed to have just gotten worse.

"Well, all done here!!," Jack said and he clapped his hands together.



OOC: Not to be a disney freak but Orlando is Disney World, and in Cali it's Disney Land. hehehe
It's no big deal though.

"Well, let me call mom and dad." said Ken as he took out his iPhone. "Hello, mom? Paul wants to take us to Disneyworld. He says it won't interfere with the church group."
He listened to his mother.
"OK, I'll let him get our order first while you decide." he said.

Paul walked away to get their pizzas and as he passed Jack eh said, "hey jack," his blank expression returned, "isn't there a tech/gaming convention in Miami next week?"

Jack rolled his eyes, "Yea, they have the GGC all next week and the following, It's only one of the biggest gaming conventions ever!!! AND THEIR ANNOUNCING THE NEW CONSOLE!!!!!" He realized he was staring at the ceiling at this point with his fist in the air. Jack went back to stand at his regular pose, "Why do you ask...?"

Paul raised an eye brow and said, "wierdo....." he sighed and asked, "wanna come with us to Miami next week?"

Moments later, Ken handed his iPhone to Jack. "Here, my mom wants to talk to you." he said.
OOC: She's approving of the idea, btw.

Paul took the phone from Ken as he set the pizzas downa nd said, "yes ma'am?"

OOC: he said JACK! lol jk i think he made paul.

When Jack noticed Paul was on the phone, it didn't stop Jack from still wanting to give an answer because of his excitement. He put two thumbs up and smiled ear to ear and started to dance right in Paul's face while we was on the phone.

OOC: woops! my bad! was it realy for jack?

Paul grabbed jack suddenly and threw him into a headlock. "stop squirming you gamer freak!"

OOC: I'll go ahead and play the mom.
"Paul, I'm sure you can handle the kids since you've watched over them before for us. That's the only reason I'm letting you take them to Miami. As long as you can get them back in time for the church camp, it's fine by me. However, they'll have to come home first and pack." said Ken and Denkou's mom.

Paul glanced over at Ken and Denkou, "yes ma'am, we won't leave till tomorrow at the earliest, but i'll be sure they get home to pack. uhhuh..... yeah you too..... ok, bye." he ended the call and handed the phone back to Ken.

"looks like we're all set, when would you guys like to leave?" Paul stood facing the two at the table as Jack stood beside him.

"As soon as possible!" replied Denkou, adrenaline rushing. meanwhile Anin was staring intently at Jack. Then suddenly she leaped and pounced on his head, playing with the guy's headset.

Jack grabbed his chin and only thought of one thing to say, "Well I will have to tell my Clan that I cannot make tomorrow nights.....raid.." sadness entered his eyes, until the ear piece of his headset was now over his left eye. "AHhhhhhHH!!! Anin! Get off!!"

Jack held Anin with outstretched arms, "Someone take Anin please....!"

"What a gaming otaku." said Denkou. When Anin jumped onto Jack, she cried out, "Anin! Don't do that! you might get hurt!" Then she took Anin from Jack.

"Don't forget we have to bring one of our books from the reading program." Ken reminded.
OOC: They're signed up for their local library's summer reading program. I figured I signed up every year when I was a kid, so why not have Ken do the same?
