Welcome to the great library, a technical source for useful information about playing the game Nations and States: New Era. This webpage will include, among other things, a standardized world map with appropriate numbering system for use during in game actions, a dictionary to describe various terms and regional names used in the game and links (in the future) to off-site hosted "books" about various topics of game-play. The purpose of this page is to act as a central hub to this information allowing players to enrich their gaming experience by drawing from an ever expanding set of lore associated with the game. I request that only GMs for the game modify or edit this list, please send your comments or ideas to me via PM to keep this page clean and organized.

I'd like to take this time to introduce the Inziga creatures. Here is the report from Vandor himself.
- The report concerning the Inziga -
*Just need to get this up here*
The Inziga is a fairly complex creature. It has the overall structure of a human, but is also protected by light scales covering its body. Their eyes are either blood or bright yellow. Their eyes unknowingly to them glows when they sense danger. They are slightly taller than the average human, however they don't weight as much in general. In terms of reaction they are quicker than the humans in nearly every way. They have a pretty remarkable vision, somewhat improved from their human counterparts. Also they can see in the dark should the need be, but their eyes glow when they do and it is easy to reveal their position. Their scales are either dark in the center with dark red on the outer parts, or dark in the center with dark green on the outer parts. Although the scales do not protect well against any modern types of ranged weaponry, they still protect against light impact, uncomfortable terrain or insects. They seem to walk well on sharp terrain and they are likely to never adapt to the idea of shoes.
They run slightly faster than any human. With improved agility and endurance they can easily outrun most humans. They are also fairly mobile creatures and have yet to understand why most people have houseing. They first thought of the structures as an odd form of natural terrain, but then again most of the terrain was odd to their opinion. They also eat much less than regular humans in average, even though they seem to digest just fine what regular humans do. They don't need air to survive remarkably enough, however, as things stands now they don't like areas that have much water. Even being close to the sea seems to make these creatures fustrated. If any of them are to swim, they are likely to need training. Aside from the sea, they also seem to dislike strong sunlight or areas that are hot. They do seem to like underground caves much more than the surface. These are defidently creatures that can communicate and learn, but they do not in any way, shape or form to construct anything mechanical. They cannot stand steam power, but they can read and write just fine. They learn this at a remarkably young age in general. They are quick to learn and they enjoy solving anything from complex math to more simple things. These creatures are smart, but they have an intense pride within them. Something that is hard to explain. They seem to look at the old Ken-Oh faction leader Ryuken as their leader. Although they are most commonly polite, they can be quite aggresive if anything feels threatening to them. Their razor sharp claws found both at their legs and hands can tear through hard leather, but will be less effective against harder substances such as iron or stone. They are less cunning than humans and defidently more direct. They do not like keeping secrets and are regulary quite bad at this. They have the ability to forget if they feel like it.
Their lifespan is impressive, they seem to last about 200 years in average, however there are some that don't even seem to age. That's right, some of these are over 1000 years old. The grand Inziga are those who useualy only die of natural causes other than age. These creatures are highly likely to be survivors of the one condemmed into the doom pit by Ryuken 1000 years ago. For someone to cast them into the shadows like this, its remarkable who obedient they are only to his name. We have counted about 5000 of these and their numbers seem to increase steadily. There are both male and female versions of these creatures. Their name stands for Honor regained which Kyr gave them, and they seem happy with it. They are ready for warfare, but heavily restricted on hot or cold areas. They seem to be quick to tunnel paths. They are slightly weaker in terms of strenght than the average human, they have strong willpower and some are belived to be able to use magic to their advantage.
Their introduction to the surface has been hard on them to say the least. However they are keen to learn about our ways. I am sure they also have stories of their own and other attributes that we have not discovered or they simply have not told us of yet. In time, they might get more used to the surface surronding.

First Annual CAA Nations And States Tournament
Description: This odd little book seemingly has no place within the time-line of the real world... all the same it is an incredibly entertaining document if you know something about the old Nations and States. Perhaps it holds the secret of the Universe... or maybe it describes why Kaligraphic is only a disembodied head in the new Code D. Floss.
