I was born and raised on a farm and with an amazing christian family. Sadly despite the awesomeness God blessed me with I kind of got caught up in a sinful life style, this and the fact that I was kind of the black sheep in my family due to my like of video games slowly caused me to start hating myself. Thankfully God was working in my life and finally opened my eyes to his love, and roughly a year ago I accepted Jesus as my savior. I still struggle massively with my sin, but I have gotten to the point where most of the time I no longer hate myself, and in fact this has led me to my newly found love of anime and growing relationship with God.
The first anime that started my love was Puella Magi Madoka Magica, where Sayaka's story touched me due to stuff that happened in my life. My favorite animes are PM3 and Angel Beats and I'm currently watching Attack on Titan and K-On!. Also I prefer dubs though I will watch Japanese, like recently I just finished Black Bullet. My church is a small church, however with no one my age and I've gone to a few conventions hoping to meet new people who love anime like me, but so far I've had no luck. I'm hoping that'll I'll meet some folks here whom enjoy anime, video games, and God as much as I do.
