Hi! I'm new here, referred by ChristianRonin. Thanks again ^^

Um, I'm an anime fan (which seems sorta obvious for being a member of this place) and a writer. I'm currently working on some novels, both on my own and with a friend and fellow Christian.

I am completely amazed by this place! I had no idea that it even existed. My parents would always give me odd looks as if being a Christian meant I couldn't watch anime or something. But this place completely proves them wrong, lol.

I'm from California, and just turned 18 on the 21st of December. I'm going off to college in the fall time (I can't wait), to major in English and minor in History.

Well, enough blabbing about me I gotta go pretty soon anyway, lol.

Thanks so much! I was hopeful that I would feel different after turning 18...I was wrong, lol.

LOL San it really isn't that different is it? I am entering my second semester of college. ^_^

It's just like high school...

Lol, I sure hope it isn't much different...and yet, I want it to be way different. I want the same work load, but more freedoms, and more fun! And I'll be away from home, lol! (College v. High School, I mean)

As far as being 18 and not really feeling different...I think it's sort of a mindset...I haven't gotten into the proper mindset. Though I'm trying! I keep telling myself that I'm an adult.

It's still wierd for me to say "IMA ADULT NOWS!!" ^^; It's odd to have to make desicions and choices on my own.

Well, I don't get to experience that very much, not until I go to college, anyways. Then...things are gonna be really different! Hopefully different in a good way ^^
