I'm a Sophomore

It may seem a stupid question to ask, but what's a Sophomore? Where I live the school system is different, so we probably don't use the same names. I know it's something either to do with high school or college... I just can't remember if Sophomore means that you're in your last year of high school or what. Though I do remember what freshman means, and I'm not going to insult you by asking if you're that.
