I'm sorry, I have a bad habit of making light of people's grammar. It's a terrible thing, what I do. But next time, for an alternative, try "I am here!" While "I am arrived" is somewhat correct (arrived is a participle in this case), it is hardly used. A better combination, should you choose to keep the word "arrived," is the present perfect tense "I have arrived."
Nevertheless, enjoy your tenure here. Just avoid my pedantic criticisms.
