Hello there. I may be new to this group but I'm been a otaku since I was 8. Now 20 years later I'm here.

My Favorite Animes are:

Robot Carnival
Sherlock Hound
Trigun
Twilight of The Cockroaches
Memories
and about 250 other titles (but I'm not going to spend all day typing.)

And I'm on the hunt for these titles:
Montana Jones (I don't care if there are subtitles or not.)
and the Streamline Release of Robot Carnival on LaserDisc

I'm also a artist... though most are anthropomorphic it's still done in anime style. ^_^ -I will also start taking commission orders around spring of 2005.

....... well that's all for now. ^_^ If anyone knows were I can get my hands on Montana Jones (I'll even take bootlegs if I have too) or the LaserDisc of Robt Carnival PLEASE email me. ^_^ -Thanks.

Welcome, jeremy_potocki. I haven't heard of Robot Carnival or Twilight of the Cockroaches. What are they about?

Robot Carnival is a anime with 9 short stories with each one by the big time anime directors (including Katsuhiro Otomo) all around the theme of robots (ethier by story content or the main characters have to be robots) I made a review page at my website. ( http://www.potocki.us )

Twilight of The Cockroaches is a Animation/Live Action type of Anime (KITTY is the company that made it.) The story is about 2 tribes of roaches on that fights for survival in one apartment with a single female human while the other lives in peace in a apartment across the courtyard with a man that is depressed because his wife and kid left him until one fateful day when the two tribes meet and what makes it worse the two humans fall in love. I can't tell the rest it would spoil the ending.... let's just say it's bittersweet. ^_^

Right now the only way to get Robot Carnival is by buying the import DVD either through eBay or at anime stores that sell Hong Kong imports (grey market stuff)

Twilight of The Cockroaches though is only through eBay or you could buy one of my 4 VHS copies of it.) Streamline Pictures got taken down by Orion Picture's stupidity. Both films were released in the US 13 years ago by Streamline and are very hard to get these US relases.
