Hey, howdy, hey, I'm new here. My name is Sharon, "Rose" is my middle name, not my last name, in case you were wondering. I'm 15 yrs old and I live in Florida. I've grown up in a Christian family, but about a month and a half ago I got saved. Yay. I'm so excited about it. Anyhow, if ya'll wanna know anything else just ask, 'cause I dont feel like making this post real long, lol. :grin:

Welcome to CAA. I hope you enjoy it here and post lots. The arcade is also fun. I enjoy playing pac-man despite not being very food at it. If you want a garenteed victory in a challenge simply challenge me to a game of pac-man. :lol:

Actually, um, I'm not much of an anime fan...*looks around nervously*...I really only join because someone I knew a while back (through the internet) was a member here, and because this looks like a friendly place.

Alrighty then. I was on Celie's new Proboard (http://dramaqueen15.proboards36.com/index.cgi) and I listed all the people I missed from C2R. You were one of the main ones. Anyhow, the next day I was talking to Carol and she said she new a site where you were a member of. She found your name and the link to CAA, I came, became a member, and then I PMd you. Lol. Thats it.

Every year in Uganda, innumerable children simply. . . disappear. These children all stolen under the cover of darkness from their homes and impressed into the guerilla armies of the LRA [Lord's Resistance Army]. Because of this genocide of innocence, hundred and hundreds of children live every night sleeping in public places miles from their homes, because they know that if the do not-- they will disappear. They will become just another number in this genocide to which the international community has chosen to turn a blind eye. They will become, in affect, invisible-- Invisible Children.

But there are those who are trying to fight against this slaughter of Uganda's children. They fight to protect these "invisible children." Please, help them help a country full of children who know nothing by fear. Help save the innocence. Hey, that's OK. I didn't really know much about anime when I joined either (I joined because I knew some people on here, too). Anyway, there's lots of stuff on here besides just anime, so you'll have a great time!
