Watchmen sequel

I take it, the ones that want a sequel are the ones that never read the comic as the comic never had a sequel.

The ones that wanted a sequel don't know Alan very well.

As if Alan Moore didn't hate the comics industry enough already.

Why was anyone even asking for a sequel?

I was a little upset at first, but now I am calmly awaiting the greatest sequel ever.

If this was the sequel, I would be so happy. I know it isn't...but I really wish it was.

Oh no, Adrian. Looks like the industry is trying to turn a profit off of Allen Moore's popular body of work.

What'll we do?

Is there an entertainment industry Alan Moore doesn't hate?

I think he finds hair care pretty entertaining.

On other people.

OTOH, given how the Wachowski bros pulverized V for Vendetta, I can't blame him for being even more jaded against Hollywood than he was beforehand.

Yeah but Hollywood butchered From Hell before they butchered V For Vendetta, and League of Extraordinary Gentlemen. Come to think of it, outside of Watchmen (and some would even say that one's debatable) most of Moore's work has been pretty much destroyed by Hollywood directors.

"Alan Moore! You wrote my favorite Radioactive Man comics!"
"Oh, really? You liked how I made your favorite superhero a heroin-addicted jazz critic who's not radioactive?"

I will say From Hell the Movie wasn't as bad as some of the others. I agree that League the Movie was downright execrably putrid.
