Firebreather
Toonzone wrote:Cartoon Network's first all-CG animation adventure presents Duncan Rosenblatt, a rather typical, awkward high school kid, except that his dad is a fire-breathing dragon and he is destined to protect the Earth. Created and executive-produced by Phil Hester (The Wretch), Firebreather is executive-produced by Julia Pistor (Lemony Snicket) and co-executive produced by Andy Kuhn (Freedom Ring) -- Jim Kreig (Ben 10: Alien Force) joins as writer. Peter Chung (Aeon Flux) is attached to direct.

Toonzone wrote:From creator Genndy Tartakovsky (Dexter's Laboratory, Samurai Jack) comes an exciting hybrid of high school drama and giant robot battles. Sym-Bionic Titan follows the adventures of three beings from planet Galauna who crash-land on Earth while attempting to escape their war-torn world.
Generator Rex
Toonzone wrote:Infected by microscopic molecular-altering nanites, 15-year-old Rex has the ability to grow incredible machines out of his body. Recruited by an organization called Providence, Rex travels the world investigating a host of biological mutations that were created by the same nanites that gave Rex his powers. Generator Rex is from Man of Action, creators of Ben 10. John Fang of Cartoon Network Studios serves a supervising director.

Agreed. This just might be the show that would finally make me watch CN before 10 pm again.

Could this be the series to fill the void that Megas XLR being cancelled has left in my life?

Megas XLR! I loved that show! T T Why does CN keep doing this to me? It's like getting a bite of cheesecake and then having it dragged away from you.
Unbreak my heart!

UNDO THIS HURT YOU CAUSED
WHEN YOU WALKED OUT THE DOOR
AND WALKED OUT OF MY LIFE
Oh er...sorry. >.>
Anyway, gee, how did I know Generator Rex was by the same guy who did Ben 10? Sounds basically the same to me. Meh. Sym-Bionic Titan sounds cool though. I might check it out.

I havent watch cartoon network in awhile... but is it true what people are saying that it's becoming less and less cartoon? and have less and less anime? One site reported next season they'll have six realiity tv shows, an NBA show called "My Dad's a Pro" and they're putting new episodes of Code Geass on hiatus.

Yes Benn, sadly, that's almost all true.

Yeah, but they don't have any choice in the matter. With the cuts at Bandai, there is a bit of a delay with Code Geass right now.

Just saw the commercial for one of those new live-action shows. It's a reality show called Survive This.
No, Cartoon Network, no. The shark has been spotted. Do not strap on the water-skis.

Last time I checked, Cartoon Network was called
Cartoon Network. Why does everyone want to be like Disney Channel? Good grief, soon CN will have a 'high-school musical' like Nick already has (if you haven't heard of 'Spectacular', your mind has been spared).

The names of channels mean nothing anymore, a move started by MTV (which stands for Music Television) when they stopped showing music videos entirely. Which prompted them to start another channel, M2, a channel solely for music videos. Until that channel stopped showing them entirely too.
The tradition continued with the Sci-Fi channel now dropping a good portion of its Sci-Fi programming, Court TV completely switching gears and no longer being about judicial proceedings, and Comedy Central showing Carlos Mencia which of course isn't remotely close to comedy.
And Fox News...well, they never were a news channel to start with so I guess their name never made sense. :p
