CAA: Christian Anime Alliance

This is a warning to those of you who are not doing business with Charter Communications. It is a terrible company for Internet surfing. They run s-l-o-w-l-y. And if you try to get customer service from them, good luck. It's just not worth it. They will give you a different excuse every time for why it doesn't work and it will never be their fault when it truly is. My family has had a terrible time with this company, so I thought I'd pass on some advice to you people out there: Charter Communications Sucks!

AOL is worse. And I've had both.

I use 'em. Never had a problem. Customer service always helped me out and my net has run well both times I've had 'em.
