neopets. to be able to fully use an account you must have a verify it.its been three days and i havent gotten an email. so today i told the mods what happened(actually its button)but i got an onsite email saying that they couldnt reach my email and said they had a '451 Dropped connection (MAIL) problme

hmmmm. does your email work? are you getting emails from other places? Did you put in the right email address when you signed up?

451 looks like a common timeout error on mailserver software, though thats just with a quick google, it could be on theirs or your ISP's end. Which domain is the address anyway (ie @yahoo.com, @comcast.net)?
Though if it's been several days already the easiest solution may to be change the address you want to verify, or try to directly contact an admin with another email.
